By installing or using the GitSniper browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GitSniper is a browser extension that extracts and formats code review comments from GitHub and GitLab merge requests/pull requests. The Service is provided to help developers process code review feedback more efficiently.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Use automated methods to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Free and Paid Tiers

GitSniper offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited number of extractions per month
• Paid Tier: Unlimited extractions and additional features

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by GitSniper. You retain all rights to your own code and content. The extracted comments remain subject to their original licensing and ownership.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• All extracted content will be accurate or complete

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
